Expert Sewer Repairs in Pasadena, TX

Sewer repairs in Pasadena require more than a quick fix. Many homes across the city were built with clay or cast iron sewer lines that have been in the ground for decades. These older pipes crack, shift, and collect root intrusion from Pasadena's mature tree canopy. Soil movement tied to the area's alluvial ground conditions also causes pipe joints to separate and lines to lose proper slope. At Yado's Plumbing, we start every sewer repair with a camera inspection. This shows us exactly what is happening inside the pipe before any work begins. From there, we recommend the right repair, whether that is a targeted spot fix, trenchless pipe lining, pipe bursting, or a full line replacement. We handle homes, rentals, and small commercial properties throughout Pasadena. If you are seeing slow drains across multiple fixtures, sewage odors, gurgling sounds, or wet patches in your yard, call us to schedule an inspection.

Sewer Repairs FAQ

Common questions about sewer repairs in Pasadena, TX.

If multiple drains in your Pasadena home are slow or backing up at the same time, the problem is likely in the main sewer line, not just a single drain. A camera inspection will confirm whether you need a repair or a cleaning.

Yes, tree roots are one of the most common causes of sewer line damage in Pasadena. Roots from mature trees enter pipes through small cracks or separated joints and grow until they block flow completely.

Yes, homes with clay or cast iron sewer lines are more prone to cracking, root intrusion, and joint separation over time. Pasadena has many older properties where these pipe materials are still in use underground.

Not always. Where pipe condition and access allow, we use trenchless methods that repair or replace the line with minimal digging. We assess your specific situation before recommending an approach.

Call Yado's Plumbing if you notice sewage odors, gurgling drains, multiple slow fixtures, or wet or unusually green patches in your Pasadena yard. These signs often point to a damaged or blocked main sewer line.

Yes, Pasadena's alluvial soil and seismic activity can shift pipe joints and cause lines to crack or lose proper slope. This is a known local factor that makes regular sewer inspections a practical step for homeowners.

I highly recommend this plumber! They replaced the pipes in my home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job with great attention to detail. The work was clean, professional, and done right the first time. It’s hard to find someone who’s reliable, honest, and takes pride in their work, but they definitely do. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing needs.
